Teamviewer Black Screen Mac

I know a black screen can happen if the Unattended Mac does not have a monitor connected to it and I think I remember experiencing it once on my Mac while switching users, but that is all. If you could follow the directions below and provide log files from a few of your affected Macs, I will create a case for you and escalate it for review. I use Teamviewer for remote desktop and am pretty much happy with it, except for one thing. While connecting from my workplace (windows environment) to my home (mac environment), Teamviewer connects and even allows file transfer, but displays only black screen (cant see mac desktop). Press and hold the power button for about 10 seconds. Press and release the power button, then immediately press and hold Command (⌘)-R until you see an Apple logo or other image. If you still see a blank screen after about 20 seconds, contact Apple Support. Use Disk Utility to repair your startup disk.
